Returns Policy

Inplico hope all our customers love their purchases and Roz always
makes every effort to supply the highest quality goods and service. In
the unlikely event that you need to return an item we operate a simple
returns policy.

All items come with a 6 month guarantee from the
date of purchase. If the item displays faults within this time, it can
be repaired or exchanged free of charge.

How to Return an Item

Every effort has been made to show products as accurately as
possible on the online shop. Descriptions of sizes, lengths, finishes, weights
and, colours have been displayed where possible.

Every item
is handmade to order, slight variations from item to item are to be
expected. Also, when shopping online, bear in mind that colours and images may vary slightly
according to the device/monitor on which they are viewed.

With this in mind, if you are unhappy with any item(s) you have bought from Inplico, then please follow these steps:

Drop Roz a quick email at roz@inplicodesign.com to let her know you are returning an item and the reason for the return.Please include all original packaging. Where possible use a jiffy
bag or equivalent envelope to ensure all items are adequately protected
and packaged. (Ideally re-use the original delivery packet.)Please return by a secure method of postage (e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery) so you are fully insured and it is trackable. Roz will inspect your item and be in touch with you within 14 days.

Exchanges and Refunds for Unworn Items

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of earrings. This is for hygiene reasons and does not affect your statutory rights.

Unworn items (excluding earrings) can be exchanged within 28 days of
purchase. The customer will be responsible for any additional postage
costs in the event of an exchange.

Refunds can also be given for unworn items if you change your mind (again with the exclusion of
earrings). The item(s) need to be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of inspection. To guarantee items
some items have not been worn, some inplico jewellery comes with a small, beeswax sealed tag
attached. This tag must be wholly in tact for a refund to be given.

Unfortunately
we cannot refund items that have been damaged through misuse or fair
wear. Refunds will be issued after items have been inspected by Roz to
make sure the reason for return is in line with the returns policy.
Please contact Inplico prior to posting your item for return.

Earrings cannot be returned, however, if you are unhappy with your
earrings, please contact Roz and she will do her best to help.

Bespoke, made to order items or jewellery altered to a customer
request are generally exempt from any refund or exchange. If you have a
query regarding a commission or alteration, contact Inplico and every effort will be made to rectify the problem.

Faulty Goods

In the event goods are faulty or damaged on delivery please contact Roz at roz@inplicodesign.com or by using the form on the Contact Page so we can arrange a replacement, repair, or a refund.

Tarnishing or discolouration due to chemical change is not a fault.
Please see our jewellery care page for the best ways to care for your
jewellery. We cannot take responsibility for damage caused by any
chemicals such as perfumes, soaps or cleaning products.

Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods have been delivered to the
customer damaged, and/or if a manufacturing fault occurs within the 6
months after delivery. Items that are returned as faulty within 6 months
will be inspected. Any item displaying damage that is deemed to be a
direct result of fair wear or accidental damage will not be accepted as
faulty. Roz offers a full repairs service for such items. There will be a
small charge for this service, to cover the cost of the repair along
with any shipping costs incurred.


We cannot accept responsibility for items damaged in transit upon
return and, for this reason, it is recommend that items are sent via
Royal Mail Special Delivery in their original packaging. This service
includes an insurance and tracking option as proof of posting will not
be accepted as proof of delivery.
