There are two ways to find out your bangle size, you can measure and existing bangle or measure around your knuckles with a flexible measuring tape/string.
Keep in mind that for the bangle to fit it must fit over your knuckles. It is the knuckle size that is important, not the wrist.
Your knuckle size will then determine the internal diameter of your bangle.

Buying a Bangle as a Gift
If you are buying a bangle as a gift or are not entirely sure what your size is, it is recommended to buy a medium size bangle as this will fit most people.
